4. Personhood Course for Individuals or Groups
R3000 for 4 Online Sessions of 90 minutes each pp
R3600 for In-person Sessions for a group at the venue pp
For individuals, including students, young adults and employees finding their feet in the real world.
Personhood is a personal development programme for people who want to understand themselves better. It is especially helpful for those moving into adulthood, further education or the workplace, where knowing yourself and knowing how to work with other people can turn out to be two very different things.
You can take part as an individual who wants to grow, or an organisation can offer the programme to young employees who are finding the move into the workplace and working across generations difficult.
Personhood helps participants look beyond their behaviour and understand the person behind it. This includes their personality type, identity, strengths and weaknesses, responses, communication patterns, relationships, boundaries, sense of responsibility and the way they handle conflict.
FOR INDIVIDUALS
Personhood is open to individuals, including students, young adults, first-time employees, people entering a new season of life and anyone who is struggling to find their place.
This is not about fixing a “problem person”. Personhood gives a person the space, language and practical tools to understand themselves and grow.
In a small group, participants can talk, observe, try practical exercises and reflect on their own experiences instead of simply sitting through a presentation.
Facilitated groups are limited to 5–10 participants.
FOR EMPLOYERS
Give your new employees more than an induction. Technical skills can teach someone how to perform a job. Personhood addresses some of the things that can make it difficult for a young employee to function within a workplace.
Organisations can use Personhood to support employees who are struggling with:
Communication • confidence • accountability • workplace relationships • conflict • receiving feedback • adapting to expectations • personal responsibility • professional behaviour • working under pressure
The standard programme is intentionally limited to 5-10 participants. This creates a very different environment from a large corporate training room. Participants have an opportunity to talk, practise, reflect and be challenged rather than simply listen.
Corporate or larger-group requests can be discussed separately and may be structured differently from the standard Personhood programme.
4. Higher Purpose Coaching
R3000 for 7 sessions of 90 minutes each
Higher Purpose is a guided 7-week discipleship and transformation journey for individuals who desire to grow deeper spiritually, think differently, live intentionally, and align more fully with a Kingdom perspective and purpose.
Created between 2020 and 2021, this journey was designed to challenge limiting mindsets, expand spiritual understanding, strengthen identity, and help believers recognise the greater purpose, responsibility, and influence connected to their lives.
This is not therapy.
This is not emotional recovery coaching.
This is not motivational teaching.
Higher Purpose is an intentional discipleship process focused on spiritual growth, Kingdom alignment, personal responsibility, renewed thinking, and purposeful living with Jesus.
Through guided teaching, activation questions, reflective exercises, and practical weekly assignments, participants are challenged to:
- understand their God-given design,
- identify areas of misalignment,
- recognise limiting beliefs and unhealthy patterns,
- develop Kingdom thinking,
- grow in stewardship and responsibility,
- recognise transition seasons,
- discern between God’s design and distortion,
- strengthen spiritual perspective,
- and build intentionally with what God has already placed inside them.
A central theme throughout this journey is overcoming “personal poverty” — the belief that a person lacks the gifts, insight, capacity, resources, or influence necessary to fulfil their purpose and assignment.
Higher Purpose invites you to move beyond passive Christianity into intentional growth, spiritual maturity, deeper understanding, and active Kingdom living. Looking at the world through natural perspective changes one thing. Learning to see it through God’s perspective changes everything.
Designed for individuals who are ready to grow higher, think deeper, and pursue a more intentional walk with God.
Higher Purpose is a Christian-based personal growth, coaching and discipleship journey intended to support identity development, spiritual reflection, and practical life alignment.
